Please note that custom-sized outfits and intimate accessories are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing specifications.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, carefully package the cosplay items in their original bags; our team will review photos of the product to ensure no makeup stains or alterations are present.
Shipping the Item
Affix the provided return authorization slip inside the package and ship the item back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse confirms the receipt and condition of your return, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
