How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since our costumes follow Asian sizing, we recommend checking the detailed size chart on each product page. Generally, we suggest ordering 1-2 sizes larger than your standard US or EU size.
What is the difference between SR, SSR, and R quality grades?
These indicate the level of detail and fabric quality. 'R' is our standard quality, 'SR' offers higher-grade fabrics and better construction, and 'SSR' represents our premium line with professional-grade detailing and materials.
How long does shipping take for pre-order items?
Pre-order items have varying production times listed in the product description. Once production is complete, standard shipping usually takes 10-20 business days, while express takes 3-7 business days.
Can I return a costume if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and wigs that have been trimmed or styled are non-returnable.

How should I wash and care for my cosplay?
Most cosplays require delicate care. We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and air drying. Avoid machine washing or high-heat ironing unless the care label specifically states otherwise.
